We make building straightforward.

Step 1 | Preliminary Design

We arrange for a meeting in your home with our design consultants to fully understand the direction of your project based on your list of priorities. We develop initial plans and materials and assemble a Budget accurate to +/- 10-15%.

Step 2 | Construction Documents

Once you’re comfortable with the +/- 10-15%. budget, we finalize the design -including plans, sections and elevations. These plans are then reviewed and distributed for final pricing.

Step 3 | Drawing Coordination and Construction Pricing

We develop and present you with a Class ‘A’ Construction Estimate (+/- 5%) for approval, at the same time we also apply for any necessary building permits in order to expedite the start date.

Step 4 | Construction

Once the Class ‘A’ Estimate is approved by you, we develop a project schedule and award our trade contractors. If any minor adjustments in material (like finishes) are required, we will make the changes and communicate the cost implication before proceeding.

The Class 'A' estimate includes all costs associated with your custom home build, including materials, labour, and permits. Our Class A Estimates provide a comprehensive breakdown of the project's total cost, enabling you to make informed decisions and change or reduce the scope as required.
