White Label Homes was tasked with skilfully reappointing the entire basement, main, and second floor of this character North River Heights home. The homeowners requested an updated look, but wanted to honour the character of the home.

Sparing no detail, White Label Homes modernized elements of the space while thoughtfully adding and enhancing individual elements that could tell a story about the home in its original state. Mahogany windowsills echo the original style, while the state of the art, white kitchen looks to this family’s future. Hoping for a home they could age into, and not out of, the clients were pleased to reclaim the keys once this renovation project was completed, and say they enjoy the harmonious marriage between new and old, aesthetic and function.
